Welding Rods Engineered for Extrusion Welders
Round-profile PE100, HDPE, LDPE and PP welding rod for continuous feed through extrusion welders, standard Ø 4 mm on 10 kg cardboard spools.
A 10 kg cardboard spool (35 mm outer diameter, 35 mm width, 40 mm bore) holds about 830 m of PE rod or 880 m of PP rod at Ø 4 mm.
We hold Ø 3–10 mm across PE100 (0.959 g/cm³), HDPE (0.955 g/cm³), LDPE and PP (0.90 g/cm³), extruded in-house in Viškovo, Croatia, with no recyclate or fillers.
