PE100 & HDPE Welding Rods for Plastic Tank Fabrication
Round-profile PE100, HDPE and PP welding rods for storage tanks, chemical containers, process vessels and underground reservoirs, extruded in Viškovo, Croatia.
Tank fabricators join HDPE and PE100 plate by extrusion welding, where a stable rod diameter along the full seam length determines weld quality on long vertical joints.
We extrude PE100 (0.959 g/cm³), HDPE (0.955 g/cm³) and PP (0.90 g/cm³) rod in Ø 3–10 mm, standard Ø 4 mm, wound on 10 kg cardboard spools — about 830 m of PE rod or 880 m of PP rod at Ø 4 mm.
